Becoming part of the flock
We're very particular about who we take on as franchisees, for the simple reason that we understand (perhaps more than most) the impact that poor customer service can have on someone's view of a business. But whilst we have high standards for the people we work with, we don't expect a whole heap of qualifications. Successful franchisees will be "people people" and get a buzz from making a difference in the lives of their customers.
There's no need for "experience" - almost all existing franchisees in the network were new to the estate agent industry when acquiring their franchise. The EweMove franchise is very simple to run, with plenty of support from us.
It's also vital that you've got a good attitude if you're looking to come on board as a EweMove franchisee. There is tremendously high profit potential for the right franchisees, bit you need to have a strong work ethic to be successful.
