NextStepU is currently looking for college planners to help deliver our programs!
Great candidates include former high school counselors or college admissions counselors looking to have their own business.
NextStepU provides you with training and the materials you need to a deliver successful college and career planning experience. Additionally, you’ll be part of our NextStepU College Planning Community which aims to have events and resources that will keep you on the cutting edge of college planning.

Dr. James Malone is NextStepU's program and curriculum developer. He has served as a high school counselor, a graduate counselor educator-trainer, a director of distance career counseling services for a national company and finally, as a private practitioner and consultant for a variety of individuals and institutions for more than 40 years.
The materials and method are written so that you will be able to assess your students' strengths and then walk them through college and career choices that will best suit their needs after high school, and help them to afford it. If you are a former school counselor, admissions professional or education expert looking to start your own business that helps students and parents in your area with planning for college, then you may just be our next College Planner!
