In order to start your own recruitment agency, you will be required to provide some investment capital for training, set-up costs and cash flow. We in turn provide you with a list of immediate jobs to fill plus access to a database of 3 million candidates together with all the knowledge and skills you will need in order to set up and run a successful recruitment business.

dealing in Permanent Placements of Individuals and Temporary Staff Contracts. - We have over 50 branches throughout the UK.

- We help our Franchisees to get their business set up and continue to work with them developing and establishing their business.
- Each new Franchise can be funded either; personally; or through lending institutions or; a combination of both.
How does it work?
- You would own 100% of your business.
- You would be working with our experienced Regional Managers and Training Team to get your business started, including finding suitable premises and employing staff.
- You would have help and assistance to create a business plan.
- You would be trained in all aspects of recruitment and business management involving an initial 3 days residential training; two further weeks on-site training at your location; liason with our National Sales Team; liason with our Regional Managers and business mentoring for a year. We will provide you with all the support you require, utilising our experience.
- You would have financial guidance.
- As an established company we already have many national business clients which you will be able to service, dependent on your location.
