Alkalign is a lifestyle. Our mission is to help people be the best version of themselves that they want to be. We offer high quality fitness classes, nutrition coaching healthy grab-and-go food on site, and so much more. Our supportive community lifts each other up. Our connections extend beyond the studio walls. We are a team of individuals. A family of originals. We are looking to expand our family so we can extend the Alkalign mission and positively impact as many lives as possible.
BRIEF HISTORY
Erin Paruszewski is a life long fitness and health enthusiast. After working in investment banking and product development she was inspired to pursue a career that better aligned with her personal interests. Erin coupled her love of business with her passion for health to create an integrative and whole-person approach to life and Alkalign was born. Erin graduated from Georgetown University and has over a decade of experience teaching classes and owning studios. She and her amazing team are committed to evolving and inspiring all things Alkalign, including you!
