About Franchise

Domino’s Pizza Franchising LLC is the franchisor. Domino’s Pizza store offers to customers pizza and other authorized products through delivery or carry-out services. At the moment, single-store franchises are granted only for franchisors who have recent experience as a successful manager or supervisor of a store for at least 12 months.

Three franchise formats Domino’s Pizza:

  1. Domino’s Pizza Traditional Stores: sells pizza and other authorized products through delivery and carry-out services. Stores are mostly located in strip centers and shopping malls, and other similar locations that are convenient for delivery vehicles and customers.
  2. Domino’s Pizza Non-Traditional Stores: offers only carry-out service. These types of stores are located in office buildings, stadiums, airports, toll roads, convenience stores, and similar retailers.
  3. We also issue licenses to large public entertainment or similar facility operators (for example, stadiums). For convenience store operators we give licenses to sell approved products. Those license fees are based on facility sales. The licensee for carry-out service.

Training Overview: The franchise owners must complete all training that is required to operate the store. The type and duration of training will depend on whether the franchisees have at least 12 consecutive months of current managerial or leadership experience in the Domino's Pizza system.

The franchisor will designate a time and place or will it be held online for all training programs. After the franchisee has 12 or more consecutive months of recent successful management or supervisory experience within the Domino’s Pizza system, he will have to complete the franchise pre-qualification process.

Franchisees are required to complete all of the obligatory tracks of the Franchise Management School (FMS) to obtain Qualified Franchisee Candidate status, if they qualified. The franchisor will periodically offer additional or supplemental training programs and franchise owners must complete them within one year of the time in which it is originally offered.

Territory Granted: The franchisees' store can be placed only at the franchisor approved location. The franchisor does not grant in franchise agreement an exclusive territory not for under the traditional store or not for the non-traditional store. However, there is an assigned area of primary responsibility under a traditional store franchise agreement.

After the signing, the Standard Franchise Agreement will determine the boundaries of the area of primary responsibility. In general, this area is a one-mile radius around the store, a one-mile radius from a street intersection, or a written description equivalent to a one-mile radius.

The exception is densely populated areas where it will be a 1/2 mile radius. During the term of the Standard Franchise Agreement, the franchisor or its affiliates guarantee that they will not provide the franchise a store in the same primary responsibility area.

Elizabeth

We have ordered gluten-free veggie pizzas from Dominoes all around the country. Prices vary based on local produce and locations, which surprised us initially. Snottier areas get bigger money. Go figure. That's just business. We like them extra cooked and always ask to put them through twice.

The gluten-free crust is REALLY TASTY. Anyway, last night, we had them delivered from store 7616 in Phoenix, AZ. The pizzas arrived not extra crispy the way we like them. Our cool delivery guy and even... more wise store manager, Tom, made us two new pizzas just the way we like them. Arrived hot and tasty.

Class act all around for yummy food. Always best when we get what we want. They are smart people to keep customers like us happy. Delivery guy got a very fat tip. Keep up the good work!!!

I had a fantastic experience with my delivery from beginning to end. The lady who took my order was friendly and patient. I was one of those annoying people who couldn't find my credit card when it came time to pay and she was very patient.

I don't know why people complain about toppings, there was plenty on it. I called in the order for my 78 year old mom and the delivery person was very patient because it took her a while to meet him outside. Perhaps management changed.... but if you're he...sitating based on the other reviews, I say give them a try. I know I'm glad I did. Plus, the little Parmesan and chili flakes are super cute. First snow in Seattle and pizza was the only answer. I ordered and not only was it fast but customer service was great. Something was wrong with my cell phone or call box.
The manager called when the driver couldn't get through. The driver stood waiting in the snow for 10 minutes before leaving, and then had to drive back to give me the order. Everything was great and he was very professional about understanding what happened. Thanks Dominos team!

$7.99 large 3 topping available pretty much all the time. Order through the app in seconds (literally 3 clicks now that my fav pizza is saved). This location is always ready in 12-15mins, even when it's super busy like July 4. And pizza is incredible, this is not the cheap dominos I grew up with. Down street you can go to Sizzle Pie and pay 3-4x for "New York style" which just isn't very tasty.
Oh and every 6 orders you get a free pizza.

Jorge

Ordered my pizza at 6:11pm was delivered before 7pm on a Friday night. The pizza was exactly what I ordered even with special requests. Delivery was quick and friendly. Couldn't ask for more. Will order from here again!

This is the closest one to my apartment which makes me use this place all the time. Their delivery timings are fine. It seems like they really don't care about the customer but their food quality is fine and always have some good deals when you really don't want to spend more ...money on a pizza. They may need to improve a little bit on their customer skills(especially over the phone while taking orders), rest they are perfect.

Let me tell you about this exceptional Dominos y'all. So I had to place a very large order (around 7 pies or so) for a gathering. I called in the morning to place the order (because I needed it at a particular time). I called again an hour and a half before the delivery was due (to give a kind reminder) and the guy I spoke to on the phone was so nice.
I basically gave him my whole life story and told him that if the pizza wasn't on time, I would be in hugeeee trouble. Rest assured, the pizza c...ame right on time, it was fresh, hot and oh so delicious. Whoever I spoke to, you're the real MVP! Show all

Delivery was right on time. The delivery guy was nice and the food was hot and fresh. Couldn't ask for much more. I just wish there wasn't a $3.50 delivery fee.

The management seems working on their store and we ordered few times more after my 1 star review, believe me every time we wanted pizza delivery we thought about other places but we love domino's white pizza so much and price is so good, so we just cross finger and hoping that we are lucky for the order. Every order turns out perfect ...with no delivery problem!

Keeps on doing business like this Domino's on Division!

Whenever I order online for carryout, my pizza order is ready by the time I get there, 15-20 minutes later. Most of the time, the pizza tracker doesn't show the update of my pizza (besides when the order is received), but no big deal. Although, the commercials always make it seem like such a great innovation.

And when I stop in, the staff is always nice and professional. I have never had a problem.

Also, there are always great deals to be found online, particularly if you can get off of... your lazy behind and order carry-out. The gripe I have with the company is that grated parmesan and crushed red pepper flakes cost extra. Say what now? Luckily I have crushed red pepper at home for cooking and OTHER pizza places that give it to me for free. But if they have to cut costs somewhere, I guess this isn't too bad.

Things to get: any of the stuffed breads (straight from the lips to the hips), and thin crust pizza, extra cheese. Order online carry-out and you're looking at a pretty cheap meal.

Matthew, the manager and the driver were awesome. I had waited much longer than the pizza tracker reflected, as soon as I called to inquire about my pizza, Matthew was honest about the delay and did his best to resolve the matter. The driver arrived as I was on the phone with Matthew and delivered somewhat edible pizza. He apologized and very nice. I would order from this location in the future.
Really good pizzas are here.

We order a pizza to go through the web, and it was done right at the moment, and so so so delicious!! We were on the Longfellow apartments right behind the pizzeria, and we didn't even have time go get there before we got the notice that our order was ready.

Excellent customer service at the store!!
