The boutique, community based, approach to care grew organically to cover the rest of Halton Region, then expanded to neighbouring Peel region over time.

Living the company Values, the founder has won an Award for Business Excellence by the Mississauga Board of Trade in 2017. The company won an Award for Business Excellence by the Oakville Chamber of Commerce in 2018.

Dot iCare expanded its demographic services in 2017 from Elder care only to serve special needs children that require a different approach to care. The company is known to handle complex care clients including delayed development, nursing oversight and autism.

In 2019, Dot iCare set up a second office in Pickering, Ontario to support its expansion in Toronto’s east end. A Foot Care and Massage Therapy clinics were set up at Shepherd Village Retirement in Scarborough and a second Foot Care clinic was set up in collaboration with Durham Urgent Care in Pickering, Ontario.

iCARE Virtual:

Our unique approach provides the patient with a collaborative, connected Electronic Health Record (EHR) that documents the patient’s visit to support subsequent visits with the care continuum.

• Patients can access and manage their own EHR at a nominal monthly fee.
• With consent, patient can share their records with other physicians and specialists.
• iCARE Virtual provides online patient care services complimented by the opportunity for in-person visit at a regular family practice in South Western Ontario if needed.

An additional revenue generator, the EHR, supported by Health Espresso platform, is in the process of government certification to further connect to provincial digital assets to provide the necessary information for customers to self-manage their care.
