About Franchise

Young Engineers enrichment programs adopt a rational edutainment (the combination of education and entertainment) approach. We have developed a variety of different programs that can be used to teach the most important subjects. Children joining our educational community can learn and enjoy the likes of arithmetic, physics, and mechanical and software engineering.

We have developed special programs and workshops suited to children at both ends of the learning spectrum, from gifted children to those with learning disabilities. Unlike traditional teaching methods, our use of stories, experiments and demonstrations ensures that all children joining our enrichment programs will learn while they have fun. In fact, they’ll have so much fun they may not even realize they’re learning.

e² Young Engineers Uniqueness

Our programs and workshops are completely unique, using LEGO® brick kits specially designed for the Young Engineers community and lesson plans that are continually updated to ensure effectiveness. These enrichment programs are as fun and exciting as they are educational, providing the right mix of edutainment, something we are proud to provide.

Statistical tests show a clear connection between participation in our e² Young Engineers programs and success at school as well as enhancing the child’s skills.

e² Young Engineers enrichment programs are recognized worldwide. In 2011, we were awarded the title of ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ by Youth Business International (YBI), a network of international not-for-profit organizations which is overseen by HRH Prince Charles, who is the organization’s president. The award took note of the positive effect that the company’s work has achieved, and is still achieving, and for our business performance and worldwide financial potential.

The Carnegie Mellon University that has been teaching the various disciplines of Engineering for more than a century has chosen in 2013 to market the Young Engineers program through its daughter company iCarnegie to national education ministries throughout the world.

We are with you every step of the way. All e² Young Engineers franchisees have access to a Marketing Department entirely dedicated to their franchise operations.

Our marketing and social media team is responsible for planning and assisting in special events, such as franchise openings and educational meetings. They develop online editorial content for the franchisees and train them on how to best use social media to support and promote their business.

An experienced Business Development Team is always available to guide and assist our franchisees. Everything from planning the start of their business to their daily activities.  Weekly and monthly meetings are also available to our franchisees to support and maintain their growth. We provide a unique app, YEAPP, that enriches the learning experience. Children can use the app to watch animated videos that are cool and innovative. YEAPP allows you to keep track of who is in each class, who is teaching which class, the class schedule, and much more! In addition, you can use the app to communicate with parents, provide them with updates, what was taught in class, and when the next class is. This allows parents to ask their kids questions and reassures them that they are in excellent hands. Coming soon!

At e² Young Engineers, we believe that training is vital to success. Our training sessions provide you with the tools you and your team will need to become familiar with our methodology and curriculum while also providing you with a background in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) basics.
