EliteProNet is a nationwide network of highly qualified subcontractors. Our objective is to find qualified commercial construction projects for small to medium sized subcontractors. We continuously develop relationships with general contractors who use our network of qualified subcontractors to complete their projects.
As a franchisee, you will develop an exclusive territory of both subcontractors and general contractors. You will deliver qualified project opportunities from your general contractors to your subcontractors who pay an average monthly fee of $150.00 to $200.00 to be part of the network. Although $200 sounds inexpensive, the volume of customers in your network is what creates a very large RESIDUAL monthly revenue stream. With a network of just 500 subcontractors, your monthly residual revenue stream would average $100,000!
Each region consists of 3 territories with an average potential base of 1,000 customers. Most importantly, once you have enrolled and retained a new customer, that one customer will generate thousands of dollars in recurring revenue.
