FIX Mobile Repair was founded in 2012 and provides a retail mobile device repair service. Currently, FIX Mobile Repair has two convenient locations in Easton and Allentown, PA. Within the business, each professional customer service and certified repair technician is well aware of each customer’s technology needs and frustrations.

The Company is dedicated to providing high-quality hardware repair to all of the greater Bethlehem, PA market, and through franchising, the entire United States. FIX Mobile Repair services all brands of cell phones and tablets.

Once a Marine always a Marine. This is the simple, yet disciplined and straight forward message that I first used to start and maintain FIX Mobile. The Marine Corp. taught me that success is something you work at attracting every day you wake up. To say I created the idea of FIX Mobile from scratch would be nothing more than a complete lie, it kind of smacked me in the face oddly enough.

My previous Marine Corp. career of serving as a flight equipment technician, managing a major cell phone carrier retail location, and young family all, to be honest, pushed me towards the cell phone and tablet repair industry. My number one passion within this career field is, without a doubt, first and foremost adding value to our client’s lives and knowing we have teams that provide such a needed service.

I love hearing the stories of how we changed someone’s life because they were told in numerous other stores and over the phone that everything in their device (pictures of lost loved ones, pets, memories, important texts and memos, etc.) is not retrievable and we DO succeed in fixing their device with all of their data still there.

It makes me proud and grateful to have such an amazing team that can accomplish these important tasks. I have an amazing wife that supports me in this business and together we have two bright, young, and happy children. I grew up in a small town in Bangor, PA with two working parents that knew nothing about the tech. world and struggled to pay bills.

I know what it means to work hard and I am grateful every day I see my team having fun, making clients laugh and smile, and making FIX Mobile the top cell phone and tablet repair company within the Lehigh Valley.

When you join the Fix Mobile team you have the choice of a new start-up business or you can convert your current mobile device repair company to be under the Fix Mobile umbrella. When you join the Fix Mobile team you will be given an exclusive territory of approximately 50,000-100,000 in the MSA to develop. Fix Mobile is always looking for expansion opportunities in new markets!

When you join the Fix Mobile team as a franchise owner, you will receive outstanding support in a number of different exciting areas:

TRAINING

• 3 weeks of training at the Fix Mobile HQ beginning approximately 6 weeks before the franchise is scheduled to open for business

• 1 week of training at your location just before opening

• 2 sessions per year, which can be up to 2 days of refresher/update training or meetings in each session

• Ongoing support and guidance in building and operating your business
