These live receptionist services are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., so the small business owner knows that calls will be answered and appointments set so business can continue.

Regional Developer Business Franchise Opportunity

Front Office Staff is bringing on a select number of Regional Developers in strategic locations to help grow the franchise brand. The franchise Regional Developer opportunity means not only will you recruit and train new franchisees, but you will also share in their success through our generous financial arrangements – sharing up to 50% of franchise fees and royalties

Regional Developers complete a week-long, intensive training to learn skills critical for success in growing the brand:

  • Market the business franchise for sale (both single and multi-unit agreements)
  • Recruit candidates into the screening process
  • Screen and recommend prospective franchisees
  • Train and motivate franchisees in the territory
  • Provide local support on behalf of the Franchisor.

In addition, you will establish and operate your own Front Office Staff site or “Pilot Location.” This office will operate as both a regular Front Office Staff location as well as a training facility. You will be responsible for hiring, training and marketing for your pilot location as well as recruiting, screening and training new franchisees in your regional territory.
