How can I become a franchise partner?
Overview
Gap Inc. is a leading international specialty retailer offering clothing, accessories and personal care products for men, women, children and babies under the Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta, and Intermix brand names. Since 2006, we have expanded our international presence through franchise and wholesale arrangements throughout Asia, Australia, Eastern Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa.
Today, we have franchised businesses in over 40 countries with our principal business teams located in San Francisco, New York and London. We do not franchise in the US, Canada, Japan, the United Kingdom or any of the other countries where we operate company-owned stores.
Generally, to be considered as a potential franchisee for Gap, Banana Republic and/or Old Navy brands, we would expect that any franchise applicant have significant business experience in the apparel retail sector, including, by way of example only, franchise business development, retail operations, merchandising, real estate, store operations and brand management.
