Head Over Heels is a franchise for a fitness and gymnastics center for kids. It was founded in 1979 in Birmingham, Alabama. They put up the center to help build confidence and self-esteem as they gain gymnastics skills and fitness.
They have their instructors go through a training program to see to it that the children are provided with an excellent sports instruction. What they do is promote a positive learning attitude through breaking the skills into small encouraging victories.
They focus on teaching the importance of listening and social skills and they believe that they have been successful in this field since some of their former students are now their own employees. In 2002, they founded the Starz competitive program. They compete in the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic programs. They compete in Men’s Gymnastics, Women’s Gymnastics, Trampoline, and Tumbling.
