Inventory management is a very low overhead business allowing the franchisee to achieve high gross margins and profits before drawings, interest and tax of around 25 – 30%. In order to capitalize on this a franchisee will develop relationships with the local letting and estate agents and recruit local independent inventory clerks in order to fulfill the demand. This will lead to the potential to build a business with a substantial turnover.

All of our Inventory Clerks are required to attend the No Letting Go comprehensive in-house training programme designed to equip them with the required in-depth understanding of both the lettings and property inventory sectors. This training is followed up with practical hands-on shadowing of a qualified and experienced No Letting Go agent in the field to gain further experience and direct mentoring.
