Patrice & Associates began as a management recruiting firm specializing in the Hospitality Industry in 1989 and began franchising in January 2010.
Patrice has been recognized as an expert in the Hospitality Job Market and has been quoted in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Forbes, CNN Money, Entrepreneur Magazine, Nation’s Restaurant News and many others. She has appeared on television news broadcasts and was featured on Fox & Friends.
May 2014 Brian Miller, CFE, joined as the COO and equity partner. Brian has 25 years of experience in franchising and is a Certified Franchise Executive. Brian served 10 years as COO of a franchise organization as well as 15 years with Snelling Staffing where he also was a Sr. Executive and co-owner in several full service, staffing offices. Having the combined background in franchising and recruiting was the perfect complement to position Patrice & Associates for growth.
September 2014 the Regional Developer Franchise Model was available with the goal of providing an additional layer of support to our Franchise Community. Regional Developers operate their own recruiting office and are responsible for providing continued support to the franchisees in their region. Our first Regional Developer joined us in January 2015.
