All required standard chemicals and labor are included in your quote. Water chemistry is maintained in accordance with a national association of pool & spa professionals.
Our Commercial service requires a custom quote since every pool is a different size and has various specifications.
The routine chemistry tests are the FREE chlorine residual, PH balance, acid demand, total alkalinety, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid, nitrate and phosphate levels & the Langelier index water analysis.
Close inspection of structural and mechanical items of your pool system will be observed on each visit and if preventative maintainance repairs beyond the scope of regular maintainance are needed he will bring this information to your attention.
STABILIZER (Cyanuric acid) will be ADDED to your pool at the first visit. The service will be repeated every six (6) months after the first visit. The STABILIZER (Cyanuric acid) is NOT included in the service package plans; it will invoice separately.
Severe inclement weather, other acts of nature or vandalism that cause an excessive accumulation of dirty and required extra labor and materials are not considered normal circumstances. Additional customer biliings may result in the course of performing this additional work.
