PRO, President's Resource Organization is a nationwide network of peer group forums, where expert facilitators guide participants towards improved company and personal performance. PRO gives business owners, partners, presidents, CEOs and COOs of small businesses an ongoing opportunity to address their problems, challenges, and opportunities in a confidential setting with others who have "been there, done that."
You share experiences and successes with people who most likely have dealt with similar situations in their own businesses. You benefit both from the hands-on advice of your colleagues and from the guidance of your PRO moderator-mentor, an extensively trained and knowledgeable leader who has walked in your shoes, and is now dedicated to helping you walk from Point A to Point Z.
Being part of PRO takes away that feeling of being alone at the top. Being in business for yourself doesn't have to mean being in business by yourself.
Products & Services
PRO groups meet for half a day, once a month, to share issues, discuss problems and opportunities, evaluate progress, and set personal and corporate goals. PRO leaders expertly guide and assist the confidential discussions towards honest and constructive feedback, stimulating thought-provoking ideas, and helping you refocus and prioritize. Each meeting is based on a planned agenda, starting with a specific topic of general management interest, but concentrating especially on an open discussion, where members talk about their own most pressing real-life issues.
Each group includes no more than 12 members, heading non-competing companies that are similar in size, revenue, and complexity. It's like having your own advisory board, support group, and personal network.
PRO members also may attend a variety of supplementary workshop programs, conducted by PRO Sponsors and other experts on particular business issues of widespread concern.
