Pease commented to his then 13 year old son, "Maybe we should enjoy the fruit of my labor and tour the NASCAR summer circuit by painting the bus like a stock car."
After further consideration, he determined the age of the bus would not make it conducive to travel long distances. His son commented, "What about a limo." Thus the concept of a race-themed limousine was born, which was then trademarked and patented.
