We primarily compete with an estimated 90,000 independent general contractors who typically lack the name recognition, the tools, the corporate support and the product offerings found at Re-Bath. The Joint Center for Housing Studies reports that wide swaths of the remodeling industry are composed of small-time contractors without any employees. We’ve developed a comprehensive strategy that caters to the middle- to upper-middle class market.

What Re-Bath does better than almost anybody else is to provide sales, marketing and production systems all designed for speed so you can do a much higher volume work. Combined with what we consider to be exceptional customer warranties and financing options, that helps our franchisees drive up the amount of their average tickets. Training and Support

The initial or onboarding training program is mandatory for each new franchisee (including resales of existing franchises). This training must be successfully completed before franchisees begin operations and open for business. The Operating Owner or the Manager must attend this training.

The number of individuals we will designate as required to complete the training will vary based upon the franchise’s organizational structure and individual roles. This training is hosted at the franchisor’s corporate headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. The initial training program consists of up to three weeks of training. Franchisees will be responsible for training all of their other employees, including installers and salespeople, in accordance with the franchisor’s standards and training programs.

Each year the franchisor conducts Certification Training to make franchisees aware of new programs and requirements we have launched or will soon launch. Each year the franchisor holds an Annual Owners’ Retreat at a place and on dates determined by the franchisor. The retreat may be hosted outside of the United States. The franchisor also provides online training on a variety of topics through its learning management software system.
