Our “Buy From Me, Sell For Free”® program is very simple to understand and offers our clients the opportunity to not pay a commission on the sale of their home when they let their Sell4Free® agent represent them on the purchase of their next home.
An example of a transaction is as follows:
Your Sell4Free® agent lists your $100,000 home. Your agent brings you a buyer and you accept a purchase agreement. You then use your Sell4free® agent to help you find ANY HOME, REGARDLESS OF THE LISTING COMPANY, and your agent does all of the paperwork. Your agent will be paid by the sellers of the home you purchase, and your Sell4free® agent will not charge you to sell your home.
If another agent, i.e. from another real estate company or another agent within our office, brings a buyer for your home, they will be paid a commission for bringing in the buyer on your home. In this case, you will offer them 3% of the sale price for bringing in the buyer.
So, in the example above, if your Sell4Free® agent brings the buyer for your home, you will pay NOTHING, as long as they represent you on the purchase of your next home. If another agent brings the buyer for your home, you will pay 3% of the sale price to that agent, but will not pay your Sell4Free® agent anything as long as your agent represents you on the purchase of your next home.
