Definitely an investment that sounds better than it turned out to be in reality. Company has a NY address but there is no company by this name in NY. We purchased a machine only to have them still not placed and can't seem to get missing parts and damages fixed that were done in transit. Michael was our contact and I'm beginning to think he is the only contact, once the sale is done and over with you will not hear back from him and he will not be available if you reach out. Their corporate phone line is answered by a young lady and she says they are in Connecticut when we asked, takes a message and can't answer any other questions you have. The machines displayed in this ad are totally different than what they were selling to us. They are also on other franchise buying websites. Be aware, they have not held up anything their services offered on their contract.

Everything she/he just stated happened to me. Do not purchase from this company. They have no removed their website but wouldn’t be surprised if they re-opened under a different name. Beware of Michael Simon (sales/owner) and Roger (trainer).
