Prior to opening the SuperGreen Solutions Business, franchisees must complete approximately 80 hours of online training courses. The franchisor will visit with franchisees at least once each year in order to ascertain the progress of their SuperGreen Solutions Business and to assist them. Furthermore, franchisees may at any time request that the franchisor send out a field/marketing representative to aid them in their business. As of the date of this Disclosure Document, the franchisor plans to provide one regional SuperGreen Soultions meeting per year.
