How does it work?
Our clients are small and medium size businesses that are exploring or have chosen franchising to expand their business. We assemble a team of professionals with all the skill sets required to successfully develop, launch and manage their franchise network over a six year period.
We believe that effective franchise consulting involves more than document production. Long after we’ve delivered all the manuals, FDDs, franchisee contracts and web sites, we’re still there helping clients grow through the launch process and into ongoing recruitment and training of franchisees.
We have found that as companies spend time and money developing the franchise on their own, they put their existing business at risk. The system7franchising™ team eases this burden by effectively becoming the “Outsourced Franchise Department.” This allows the business owner to continue running the existing business, while providing peace of mind that a first-rate team is on the job, helping to grow their business.
What if I know business, but not franchising?
Having experience and knowledge of the franchise industry is certainly helpful, but we don’t believe that’s what a client needs to develop, launch and manage their franchise network.
