Demonstrated selling and presentation skills: You are enthusiastic. You take the initiative in sales. You are comfortable presenting new information to individuals or groups. You are quick on your feet and can think on-the-fly. You are forthright and honest. You do not let minor setbacks unduly affect your long-term plans. Community spirit: You are already well-known in the community for your good works. You are active and well-connected. You have a mentor, and you may even be a mentor to one or more persons.

Sufficient resources: You have sufficient resources to make the initial investment as well as the financial wherewithal to manage during the first year.
