With an Area Representative Agreement you can have:
- Ability to develop territories under a larger area
- Area Representative Agreement Fee is based upon the population size of the area being developed
- Gives Area Developer the right (license) to sell franchises within the territory
- Area Developer takes on the role as a Quasi Franchisor (training, sharing in franchise fees and royalty fees.) Franchise fee split 50/50 Royalty split 50/50
