We require that our U.S. franchise candidates have a minimum of USD 750,000 in liquid assets and a net worth of USD 1.5 million. Additionally, there is a minimum commitment to develop at least 2 restaurants.

We require that our International franchise candidates have a minimum of USD 5 million in liquid assets and a net worth of USD 5 million. Additionally, there is a minimum commitment to develop at least 5 restaurants.

Training and Support

Not more than 120 days, but not less than 60 days, before the opening of the Restaurant, the franchisor will provide initial in-restaurant training and familiarization course to train at least four people from the franchisee’s management team (including the Control Person, Unit General Manager and at least two assistant managers) which the attendees must complete to the franchisor’s satisfaction.

The initial seven weeks of in-restaurant training will take place at a certified corporate training restaurant. These corporate training restaurants are located in a variety of cities across the country.

After franchisees and their management staff have successfully completed the training program, the franchisor will arrange, at franchisees’ expense, for an Opening Team consisting of one Regional Training Manager (or an individual of similar caliber and experience) and (a) three to four “heart of house” trainers (depending on the franchisor’s assessment of the franchisee’s specific needs), and (b) four “front of house” trainers (consisting of two server trainers, one bar trainer, and one cash/greet trainer), to assist with the opening of the Restaurant. The franchisor may require franchisees to attend refresher training programs.
