As a matter of fact, it stemmed from our Founder’s search for an all-natural Angus burger with a real slice of cheese. Trained as a cheesemaker, John F. Lettieri, found it nearly impossible to find an Angus burger with real cheese, outside of high-end restaurants and hotels. That search for all natural, real food resulted in the birth of Hero Certified Burgers.
Our vision is simple: provide you with real, wholesome food raised in a sustainable fashion. A great burger starts with naturally raised beef and we only ever serve all-natural 100% Canadian Angus beef raised without hormones or antibiotics.
