WHY CHOOSE KFC?

KFC IS THE WORLD'S MOST POPULAR CHICKEN RESTAURANT CHAIN, SPECIALIZING
IN OUR FAMOUS ORIGINAL RECIPE® FRIED CHICKEN

It all started with one cook who created a finger lickin' good recipe more than 75 years ago, a list of secret herbs and spices scratched out on the back of the door to his kitchen. That cook was Colonel Harland Sanders, of course, and today we still follow his formula for success, with real cooks breading and freshly preparing our delicious chicken by hand in nearly 15,000 restaurants in more than 125 countries.

Franchise KFC

From the heart of the U.S. to the farthest reaches of Africa, Latin America and Asia—we're passionate about bringing the fantastic taste of our Original Recipe to as many people on the planet as possible. With the help of incredible franchise partners around the world, we've become one of the fastest growing retail brands, both in emerging and developed markets alike.

KFC has limited franchise opportunities for new experienced operators looking to acquire and grow with the Brand in the United States. The first step is to Apply and if you are selected upon review of your application and interests, you will be contacted.

At the franchisor’s direction, other employees of franchisees must attend and complete the training program to KFCLLC's satisfaction. All training programs will be scheduled, as needed, at KFCLLC's designated national, regional or divisional offices or other places as the franchisor may designate. Training programs include computer-based training through its Learning Zone program, written material, on-the-job training at other Outlets and classroom instruction.

I was here about a month ago on a Sunday for some post libation food. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken meal which included mashed potatoes with gravy and a biscuit with three chicken tenders.

My order taker originally did not understand which KFC chicken I wanted so I had to repeat which I wanted.

After that my order was ready under 10 minutes. It didn't come in the signature red and white box but a reusable plastic container except for the mashed potatoes with gravy which came in the ...usual Styrofoam container.

The mashed potatoes and biscuit were as expected. The Nashville hot chicken was definitely hot but I could handle it. It was tender and juicy with a nice crispy crust.

Big pieces that reminds me of my yonder years of my childhood. Few weeks ago I complained to them that I received tiny pieces, I ordered 14 pieces and they all fit into their half-bucket...can you imagine that...maybe it was 10 pieces...the point is it was really small. Ever since, the pieces seem to be getting bigger, we'll see how long theses sizes will last, I will most definitely update.

The place is newly remodeled and clean. The fried chicken is still the best that I've had, and is way better than the ones at better rated "independent" restaurants in nearby towns that charge much more. Grease is unavoidable with deep frying, so I soak up any excess with a napkin. The service is fast, friendly, and accommodating to my needs.

My wife and i visited this place once a month and never experience the extra costumer service, the cashier Itzá was very friendly and have a bright smile since we walk to the store until we left.Hopefully she'll be there every time we go. We took a little bit to order cus we were not sure what to order and she keep her cool and give us options to accommodate our meals thanks Itzá this is something to recognize in this type of fast food restaurant.

This branch really knows how to take care of customers...they follow up when your order's ready. They help you every step of the way. Their Cajun turkey was really great. My first time to taste this kind of turkey cooking & will definitely not the last! Thank you, KFC in Maude Ave, Sunnyvale!
I've never had an issue here with customer service. They're always attentive, friendly, and efficient. The food comes out quick, even when they are busy.

This is a very small KFC, plan to take out. The food is hot and they always have the original chicken breasts, unlike other KFC's I have been to where it seems they always run out 2 hours prior to closing.
The price is the same as any other KFC.
What sets these guys apart is the friendly service. They have excellent customer service with a smile. If you do have to wait for something which isn't very often then they will take care of you by giving you a free drink while you wait.
I recommend t...his KFC! Show all

It isn't very often that I write reviews, and the ones that I do spend the time writing for are never fast food chains. I was pleasantly surprised by my visit this time.

I was running late all day and didn't have a chance to get dinner ahead of time and ended up missing the dinner service time for most restaurants. Nothing was open at 9pm and I ended up looking for the closest fast food joint. I rolled in to KFC and decided to find something I could eat.

Haven't been to KFC in a very long ...time, I took some time digesting the menu, the cashier Randy was extremely patient. I explained that I don't come very often and that I was looking for fried chicken, smaller quantity. He recommended the $10 menu options, and suggested wings after I asked about the hot wings. He asked me if I wanted anything else and told him that I would like a biscuit. Randy let me know that they had a deal, 2 for $1.49, to which I said sure.

He gave me some cups to get something to drink while waiting, he informed me that it would be cooked right away and there maybe a slight wait. That's kinda nice, I thought. He hurried to start his closing procedure, I noticed that it was closing time.

When the order was ready, he informed me that it was ready and that he made sure that there were butter and honey packets inside. I think that what caught me off guard was that this place had better customer service that I've experienced than some finer dining restaurants. Randy took the time to explain the menu, made sure I got what I wanted, made suggestions and offered a deal on biscuits, set my expectations and informed me of a wait, offered me something to drink for waiting, let me know that he packed the bag so that I didn't have to worry about whether or not they threw in what I wanted them to do. It was an easy going dining experience that I think we tend to take for granted. I wanted to take the time to say that I recognize the attention to detail and the higher level customer service at this KFC.

I'm looking forward to coming back, hopefully getting the same type of service consistently.

It's clean, the food is good. Has a cool vibe, I generally avoid fast food that doesn't have a drive through. I don't mind chillin in this spot. Great customer service. Young hard working and cordial.

This is by far one of the best customer service I have received not only by KFC but by a young worker especially now in days. Ronald was very respectful, welcoming and very professional. And then to find out he's new. Definitely a keeper. So a big thank you Ronald to ending my day great. Keep be...ing you! Your parents would be proud. Show all

Fast service, clean, and nice workers.
Came in 30 minutes before closing hours, but still got the best service from them.
Even though they were look like kinda tired or overworked.

Service is always excellent. They always greet me with a smile. Someone is immediately at the counter. They answer all my questions, promptly take my order. Its always correct. And I get my order nice and hot. Obviously, food is always delicious.

Came to this Kentucky Fried Chicken on numerous occasions either by myself or with guests.

Good location with adequate parking spaces and daily meal promotions. The air conditioning is always keeping the restaurant in a slight chilly environment making my stay more enjoyable.

My orders are usually processed pretty quickly and my food comes out piping hot. Never really experienced any significant problems at this location.

I've witnessed many customers getting the cashier confused of w...hat the actual order was. Especially when the order is quite long, it's entered into the register, paid for, then customer asks cashier to cancel and revise. Show all
