Every ingredient is cross utilized to create a broad menu that appeals to everyone yet is efficient for the owner and staff to run. Guests can come alone and make friends or come with a group and make it a party.

What is Poké?
Poké (pronounced poe keh) is the Hawaiian verb for “section” or “to slice or cut”. Traditional poké bowls feature marinated tuna or salmon, garnished with seaweed, cucumber, avocado, or tobiko and served over rice or greens. Mahana’s modern twist on classic poké offerings include additional protein choices of chicken, steak or tofu and innovative toppings such as shelled edamame, shaved radish, macadamia nuts, skin-on roasted.
What is Mahana?
In the tropics, Mahana means “Like the Sun” or warmth. Feeling Mahana is to believe each day is filled with light and new endless possibilities. Mahana Poké conveys that positive energy of paradise through our food and our culture. At Mahana, we believe that food should taste good and be good for you. We all know what good food is.
