Each offering is made fresh, served in gigantic portions and makes our customers want to come back again and again. Once you try our food, you'll see what we mean when we say "This is the hottest fast casual restaurant concept in the market today." From pleasing appetizers to enchiladas and burritos that melt in your mouth, Tijuana Flats has the menu and the formula for success.

Each restaurant is about 2,000 to 2,500 square feet, and features our unique signature HOT SAUCE BAR, with 12 different hot sauces to choose from. We also sell 100's of hot sauces and a complete line of caps, T-shirts and memorabilia. Our restaurants are an event and a fun experience. We serve cold beer and good times, too. Come see for yourself!

History.

Tijuana Flats Burrito Company was founded in November 1995 by Chief Chili Head, Brian Wheeler. The first restaurant was opened in Winter Park, Florida and became the testing ground for today's Tijuana Flats. In 1999, Camp Fitch, a seasoned restaurant executive joined the company. Camp immediately recognized the potential of this new "fast casual" concept. Drawing from years of restaurant experience, the Tijuana Team refined the ambiance, menu, cooking procedures and personal customer service to position Tijuana Flats as one of the hottest concepts in the state of Florida, as well as being the largest.

Growth.

In 1999 the company operated 3 restaurants. Today there are 17 Tijuana Flats restaurants operating in Orlando, Miami, Jacksonville, Gainesville, Sarasota, St. Petersburg, Deerfield, Pompano Beach and Tampa. There are also 12 new restaurants planned in 2004, including Atlanta, Georgia and Mobile, Alabama. We have awarded franchises for most of North and Central Florida. We are looking for qualified owners for Southern Florida (both coasts), as well as the Southeast US, and the Atlantic Seaboard.
