We’re a sports bar, we’re a great restaurant, and we’re a place where families, sports fans, seniors and all alike can gather for fun, food and the love of the game.
The combination of our great Louisiana inspired menu combined with a state of the art AV package and beer system served up by Walk-On’s All American Cheerleaders sets us apart from the rest.
Becoming a franchisee with Walk-On’s Bistreaux and Bar is a big decision and it is our goal to provide you with as much information for you to make the best decision possible.
The name Walk On’s was established because Jack Warner and Brandon Landry were both former LSU Basketball team Walk-On’s. Jack and Brandon played for the love of the game and to be part of the team. Jack and Brandon believed in the motto “team before self,” playing for the name on the front of the jersey, not the back. Knowing your role and excelling in that role will only make your team stronger and lead to a win.
Bistreaux is spelled with the “eaux” says Louisiana. “Laisses Bon Temps Rouler”, let the good times roll, is a common phrase used in Louisiana which ultimately means good food, drink, and fun. At Walk-On’s we take pride in our made from scratch kitchen preparing only quality food, embraced with the finest ingredients which include Louisiana seafood and the knowledge of knowing when we say we’re from Louisiana “it better be good and we better have a good time.”
Bar, well we are a sports bar. In fact we were voted the Best Sports Bar in North America by ESPN in 2012. The best sports bar has a great AV package, an incredible selection of ice cold beers on tap and inspired cocktails, all served by the beautiful Walk-On’s all American Cheerleaders.
Our business model is simple, serve great inspired food with a fun “game day” atmosphere. Make sure the cheerleaders are in place to keep the winning days going and find a way “to get our customers in the game” when their day’s have not been the best.
