In 1987, Mr. Hiawatha Williams opened his first Williams ChickenTM Drive-Thru Eatery in Dallas, Texas. Today, there are over 40 Williams ChickenTM stores in operation. The majority of the Williams ChickenTM stores are located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area. However, store locations now include South, East and West Texas, along with Northern Louisiana.
